Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your parcel.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number & a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve this promptly.

Because our products are classified as cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been shipped — even if the item remains unopened. This strict policy ensures the safety, hygiene, & quality of all customers’ purchases.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

- parcels marked “delivered” by the courier
- parcels shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout
- stolen parcels
